MDM Trouble Report for 2012 Nov 04

Problem(s) Encountered:

At the beginning of the night had issues with the xmis window and 
moving the guider.  The window would lag a lot and freeze.  After
discussing with Bob, I restarted xmis2 by first closing it down 
via a terminal window (> mdmTools stop xmis2), restarting xmis2, 
and in the xmis2 window, going to Setup, then Reset MIS.  After that
the problem was solved.
