MDM Trouble Report for 2012 Oct 05

Problem(s) Encountered:
At 04:15 UTC, Prospero complained about the disperser wheel
(couldn't find the disperser wheel).  Following the troubles
shooting, we tried to reset the disperser, but the error
persisted.  Called Bob and Rebecca.  Rebecca figured out that
it was a hardware problem.  As per instructions, we 
cycled the power on the OSMOS IE box, and restarted TCS, MIS, 
and the data acquisition software.  Everything came back to 
life, except filter2 (currently empty) was not recognized 
(which caused some scripts to fail at first).
