MDM Trouble Report for 2012 Oct 07

Problem(s) Encountered:
At 11:30 UTC, while we were trying to 
move the disperser, prospero gave us the same error as a 
previous night (10/4):   ERROR: DISPERSER DISPERSE=TIMEOUT 
cannot read from 140.252.83.155:8003.   

We tried to reset the disperser, but
it did not come back: ERROR: DISPERSER DISPERSER=DISPERSE=TIMEOUT 
sendTwoCommand cannot read from 140.252.83.155:8003.   

We solved the problem following the
same procedure as last time:  cycled power on IE, then restarted
all of the data acquisition software.  Run ossetup in prospero
as Rick suggested, and everything went back to normal.

While trying to slew to zenith at the end of the night, the
equinox set-up stopped responding, and then the xtcs panel 
vanished.  We reopened it, and reset the link from MDMTCS.
