MDM Trouble Report for 2012 Sep 03

Instrument: Nellie + Buckeye FW

Problem(s) Encountered:
Mirror A/C is not working; re-setting the breaker did not 
have any effect.  A/C computer is running, but cold air
output is at ambient and mirror is not cooling.

One of the focus buttons is sticky enough that Lepine was
reluctant to use it for fear of a runaway.

On the bright side, MIS guide probe offset is very likely due to
the fact that the new system apparently requires a  reset mis  to 
re-zero the probe, and does not do so on  initialize  like the 
old one did.
