MDM Trouble Report for 2013 Dec 18

Problem(s) Encountered:
When starting morning calibrations, xmis control froze.  Tried
to restart the xmis (from drop down menu under  applications, )
as well as tcinit and runinit in prospero,
but xmis doesn't start--instead we get this error message:

could not bind xmis emulator socket on port 6129.  Reason:
The bound address is already in use.  Is another instance already
running?

It appears that prospero also crashed, and no longer finishes
commands like tcinit.

Closed prospero, tcsagent, TCS GUI, and XMIS.  Restarted them 
(in the proper order).  Appears to be working normally,
calibrations are underway.
