MDM Trouble Report for 2013 Feb 27

Telescope: 1.3m

Problem(s) Encountered:
North-south oscillation on one target. 

Took some brief movies of it.  Interstingly, it persists even
with the telsecope tracking turned off (and of course it has
nothing to do with the autouguider, whichh was off).
