MDM Trouble Report for 2013 Jan 13

Problem(s) Encountered:
Critical.  The 1.3 m telescope is stuck at HA=3h west and DEC=+06 deg.  I went to move
to a target further east about the same declination and the TCS complained
about a limit and would not move.  I restarted the TCS GUI and and after
the initialize it reports the telescope at HA=-00:12:05 and DEC=+06:26:22 instead.
I have left it in this position.  THe interlock is engaged.  Mirror cover closed.
Tracking is off.  The position is not too different from the flatfield screen.
