MDM Trouble Report for 2013 Jan 30

Problem(s) Encountered:
WHen I opened last night I noticed that I couldn't see the left hydraulic arm
on the dropout.  It opened and closed in the morning just fine.  This afternoon
after I got up I walked behind the building and looked at it.  It is completely
detached from the bracket on the dropout.  The arm itself is fully extended
and bent a full 90 degrees.  I sent a picture of it to Eric, Paul, and John.  Eric
thought it happened during the worse of the extreme cold conditions we 
experienced recently.  Apparently there were problems with the dropout at
that time.
