MDM Trouble Report for 2013 Jul 12

Problem(s) Encountered:
No dramatic problems, these are more low-level issues that 
don't interfere much with observing:

1. At the beginning of the night, I had the same moisture 
problem as last night. I was able to dry it off using the 
compressed nitrogen but I lost 10 minutes of flats. I was 
surprised that it needed drying (as Tony said he had done it 
earlier in the day). 

2. Weird CCD effect - vertical striping on the top 1/4 of the 
CCD - there are bad rows, but this is across the entire image. 
It is visible in image Jul13.0064.fit, for example. I couldn't 
tell if it was persistent and constant, but I don't remember it 
from my last observing run. If it is constant, then my data is 
fine.

3.  ERROR mirror mirror neither open not closed  (did not 
interfere with obs at all).
