MDM Trouble Report for 2013 Sep 09

Problem(s) Encountered:
The guider software had some problems during the brief time we used it.  It would occasionally 
just lose the connection with the camera.  Disconnecting and then reconnecting the
camera through the GUI was enough to fix it, but it happened every few minutes or
so.  We also noticed a clicking noise every time the full frame read out.
