MDM Trouble Report for 2013 Sep 13

Problem(s) Encountered:
Slightly slow start because of VNC and other issues.

1) The guider PC had been bugging me to restart to implement new 
antivirus stuff (I love Windows!  /sarcasm).  So I did it from
the 2.4m, but then could not get Tiger-Beat VNC to connect.  I
went back down the 1.3m, logged on at the console, and then was
able to connect remotely.

2) The Andor camera was unresponsive and reading -115 Celsius 
(unlikely!).  Restarted Solis, and it would not connect.  Went
down to the 1.3m again and started unplugging and replugging 
things -- power-cycling the camera, etc.  The step that worked
was to unplug the connections to the little USB ranger device
that sits on top of the Andor's computer, in the control room.
Then it worked fine for the rest of the night.

3) After that, found that the VNC to mdm13ws1 had gone down. 
That one, at least, simply connected back up normally.
