MDM Trouble Report for 2013 Apr 02

Telescope: 2.4m
Observer(s): Nugent, Dai, Mosqurea (U. of Oklahoma)
Instrument: R4K

Problem(s) Encountered:
The right bottom quadrant of R4K is not readout properly.
It is only working under the 1kx1k mode.  For all other modes,
most times, we will have readout problems.
