MDM Trouble Report for 2013 Apr 17

Problem(s) Encountered:
Multiple incidents.
(1) My input XMIS alignment offsets would not register with the TCS. I would align and get a dx and dy and give those to XMIS (gdx,gdy). The guider would recognize the change and then I would re-acquire the guide star and take another alignment image. But there was zero movement from the telescope.
Fix: I restarted XTCS and XMIS. Then it worked. But I lost a lot of time trying to figure out that there was a problem.

(2) The Filter1 status in Prospero filled with red asterisks. We saw this on the first night of our run as well. I had to go through the lightning shutdown and restart procedure to get it working again. And even then, Prospero's status never cleanly updated the entire night. 
Note that after Filter1 communications went dead and I tried to change Filter1 it stated that it could not connect to the IP:port.
