MDM Trouble Report for 2013 Dec 01

Problem(s) Encountered:
The CCD warmed up twice over the course of the night.  I filled the
dewar until nitrogen was spitting out of the spout.  I then waited
for the CCD to reach -80 and typed seqinit on the Raritan keyboard.
The CCD worked fine after cooling down both times.
