MDM Trouble Report for 2013 Mar 02

Problem(s) Encountered:
I'm now pretty well convinced that the RA readout is drifting 
with time, in the sense that when you're guiding on an object
(and hence at a constant RA), the RA reading slowly increases.  
I'm pretty sure the effect is too big to be due to an 
outdated pointing model.  

The effect is consistent with the system dropping an encoder
pulse now and then.  The HA doesn't seem to drift when the
telescope is parked, but the effect is noticeable at night when
the telescope is tracking. Further diagnosis is left as an
excercise for the student.
