MDM Trouble Report for 2013 Mar 10

Problem(s) Encountered:
When trying to take a dome flat with the flat lamp, the lamp was barely illuminating the detector.
I was working from ~3200 - 4800 angstroms with the grating, taking a 600 second exposure with the flat lamp.
The count levels are usually ~10 000 for this exposure, but I was getting ~200 counts.  I tried turning off the lamp and back on,
and moving the finder out and in to see if this was the issue.  I also took Ar and Ne arcs, and these behaved
normally.
