MDM Trouble Report for 2013 Nov 25

Problem(s) Encountered:
Filter wheel 2 was stuck at the intermediate position and we saw rectangular bar on the images.
Filter2 was not responding to any commands (giving the error code -99).
Restarting of Prospero, ISIS, Caliban etc did not help.
After consulting with Eric we restarted the computer in the control room
(command seqinit).
Finally with the permission of Eric we opened the box with filters and manually rotated
the second filter wheel to the open position.

At this point humidity was 85% and we covered the mirror and finished observations.
