MDM Trouble Report for 2013 Nov 30

Problem(s) Encountered:
This issue occurred during the afternoon upon arrival.  I noticed that 
filter2 just showed red stars in the Prospero window.  I could not
change or reset filter2 in the pr window.  I could take an exposure
but checking the header just showed an error for filter2.  I tried
resetting the filter wheel in the pr window, restarting prospero,
restarting IC, restarting IC and HE.  The thing that worked was when
I restarted IC, HE and IE. After that, only had the occasional hiccup
with Prospero (unwilling to change filter or IC would briefly turn red)
but resetting the filter/slit/disperser and/or restarting prospero fixed this
