MDM Trouble Report for 2013 Sep 03

Problem(s) Encountered:
After getting the telescope focused on the CCDS slit, I did not have enough
travel adjustment in the focus of the offset guider to bring it into focus
as well.  Images were resolved donuts.  The system was able to lock onto
the images and guide.
