MDM Trouble Report for 2014 Apr 16

Problem(s) Encountered:
A few periods throughout the night the telescope jiggled a few arc-seconds along the north/south axis (ruining one of the standard star observations).  This was at the worst while pointing at 1.4 airmasses into ~10 mph wind.  The problem occurs even without guiding.  Later in the night the problem re-occurred briefly with the telescope pointed near zenith and less than 10 mph wind.
