On our first target of the evening (in the NW), there was nice
stability of the guide star images. However, when we moved to the second
target we noticed an oscillation in dec that was rather persistent with an 
amplitude of approximately 1 arcsec and a period of approximately
10 sec. Two image captures are saved in the pictures folder of mdmikon1
called, respectively NoddingEx1223.jpg and NoddingEx1223-2.jpg which
illustrate the issue. This behavior persisted through most of the night
until right before closing. It may have been correlated with the wind
decreasing. To see the example of the diminished oscillation at that time,
