MDM Trouble Report for 2014 Feb 02

Problem(s) Encountered:
When attempting to observe our standard star Feige 34, Prospero
failed to locate the object in the list of standard stars, and
became hung up. Attempts were made to restart with call startccds and 
startup. However, Prospero failed to parse an error message from
MDM TCS and would consistently hang. It appeared that MDM TCS was
unable to turn off the Xe lamp (possibly because it was already
off?). Interestingly, all the links/flags on the Prospero status
were green and/or up, but the MDM TCS Agent Console was unresponsive.
I restarted MDM TCS and everything seemed to be fine afterwords.
