MDM Trouble Report for 2014 Jul 02

Problem(s) Encountered:
Problems after lightning shutdown:
got: command returned error could not mis guide probe when calling script dostd.
This reminded me very much of the error I had last time I was here where the stage movement was too long and caused the mis client to timeout, so I figured reseting things would probably fix it. 
Tried restarting just MIS, that didn't work, so I restarted everything (tcs, xmis, isis, caliban, mdmtcs agent, prospero), which worked.



The autoguider was jumping around like crazy when i started tracking.
Changing backlash and minimum move did not fix the problem.
I reset the aggressiveness to 1 (not 4 or 5 like the manual says), and that seemed to make it better.
