MDM Trouble Report for 2014 Mar 26

Problem(s) Encountered:
Liquid nitrogen was spewing out at the connection between the rubber hose and the 
metal thing. We were still able to fill the dewar but we wasted a lot 
of liquid nitrogen doing so, so the setup needs to be replaced/fixed.
