MDM Trouble Report for 2014 Apr 02

Problem(s) Encountered:
Just a heads up that there appears to be a hole in the tube for the liquid nitrogen. 
The hole is about a third of the way down from the dewar end and is spraying liquid 
nitrogen. Not a huge problem, but just wanted to let you know.
