MDM Trouble Report for 2014 Apr 28

Problem(s) Encountered:
The guider still not working. Eric looked at it remotely, and I 
did a couple of  tests . 

The dome was not working properly. Didn't follow the telescope 
(i.e. didn't move at all) twice during the night. I had to 
home it manually, although the offset was small in this case.

Lost pointing once during the night.
