MDM Trouble Report for 2014 Nov 11

Problem(s) Encountered:
The dome azimuth readout didn't always match the telescope az 
readout, even when they were pointing in the same direction and 
as far as we could tell the dome wasn't occulting the telescope. 
The dome az readout would be incorrect with a large error, but
it would happily go home again when we sent it, and it would 
reset itself to 320 (within 0.1-0.2). And as far as I could tell,
setting the dome encoder in xtcs had no effect. (It was always at
home and I was always trying to set it to 320, if that matters.)
