MDM Trouble Report for 2014 Oct 16

Instrument: modspec + echelle CCD

Problem(s) Encountered:
The RA readout drifts upward by a second or so every 10 minutes,
or even faster, making it difficult to maintain pointing.  This
is while guiding on a target, so it has nothing to do with the
drive rate -- it's as if extra pulses are getting into the system.

Telescope is usable, you just have to rezero coordinates 
frequently and be aware of possible large EW offsets when 
acquiring new targets.  But it's annoying, especially since
it was setting very well at the start of my run.
