MDM Trouble Report for 2015 Dec 10

Telescope: 1.3m

Problem(s) Encountered:
After the power shutdown for a few seconds around 2A.M. in 1.3
 meter telescope the declination drive was not responding. 
I couldn't find paper version of trouble-shooting manuals so
I followed lightning shutdown procedure and close the mirror, 
the dome and computers. 
The next day Eric showed me how to restart declination drivers, 
it is in the on-line trouble-shooting manuals.
