MDM Trouble Report for 2015 Feb 23

Problem(s) Encountered:
Last night the humidity rose until there was fog on the mountain.
We stopped observing when the relative humidity was 79% because
we were using the R4K, whose nominal limit is 80%. We went through
the shutdown procedure and did not reopen due to fog all night. 

Nonetheless, the last exposure has highly variable background and
today a dome flat revealed condensation on the dewar window. Eric
and Tony dried it off, and this report is only for documentation 
in case the RH limit for the R4K needs to be revised later.
