MDM Trouble Report for 2015 Mar 26

Problem(s) Encountered:
TCS failed.  Telescope refused to slew, throwing an error
and turning off the tracking.  On-site observers power-cycled
the main TCS box in the computer room at Eric's suggestion,
but then the dome and the dec axis both refused to home (HA
and focus both homed normally).  The problem was intractable,
so the night was lost. 

This is unrelated, apparently, but the VNC connection was 
intermittently very slow tonight. Most of the time it's much
faster.
