MDM Trouble Report for 2015 Dec 04

Problem(s) Encountered:
Telescope was way off in RA - moved to a known object (crab) to find our
location.  Then reset encoders.  Fine after that.
Dome still doing that fugue state thing.  We tried stopping it and reseting the
Dome Az encoder multiple times.  Never really recovered, so we turned it 
off and moved it manually.
