MDM Trouble Report for 2015 Dec 06

Problem(s) Encountered:
The dome worked fine at the start of the night.
Part way through it started doing that zombie thing - where the
Dome error and Dome azimuth numbers don't change on the control
computer and the dome demands brains ...
The dome loses where it is and doesn't come to a stop
