MDM Trouble Report for 2015 Dec 13

Problem(s) Encountered:
The only serious problem was in the afternoon of 12/13, when I was attempting 
dome flats. The mirror cover petals closed in the wrong order.  Eric G. talked me
through the procedure to get them to open again, and I was ready to go before
sunset.
The TCS control GUI window crashed twice, but restarted smoothly.  The OSMOS
instrument status window reported losing the link to the TCS information twice,
both times immediately after running a 'call roiXk' to change the region of interest
on the chip, but the 'tcsinit' and 'tcstatus' commands fixed that.
