MDM Trouble Report for 2015 Dec 16

Problem(s) Encountered:
The West mirror petal struggled to open again. It waved up and 
down in the middle of its range of motion a couple times until it 
finally opened all the way. We observed anyway, and it closed 
just fine at the end of the night.
