MDM Trouble Report for 2015 Dec 19

Problem(s) Encountered:
After our brief attempt to observe, we forgot to set the rotator 
to 0, so we re-opened the mirror covers to reset it. Once again, 
the West petal waved up and down 3-4 times before finally opening 
completely. All the petals closed again in the correct order.  
When we opened initially, the covers had opened fine, it was only 
on the second open that the West cover struggled.
