MDM Trouble Report for 2015 Dec 31

Problem(s) Encountered:
As I mentioned in my observing report, at ~4:30, I went to observe a 4th SNe and noticed that nothing was appearing on the guide computer.

The RA/Dec of this SNe are 15:00:27.68 +06:27:19.31.

I then looked at the dome and saw that the telescope was not aligned with the dome.  I believe the telescope was in the correct position, not the dome.

I then attempted to return the dome to its home position.  

However, when I did this, the dome did not return to the correct position.  Instead it was at least 45 degrees from the home position.

I was able to manually move the dome to home position and close the dome.

I am not sure how this has happened or how to fix this.  

Any advice or solution would be greatly appreciated.
