MDM Trouble Report for 2015 Feb 25

Problem(s) Encountered:
The X-axis of the guider stopped responding (it was stuck around 
X~11000). After trying unsuccessfully to move it or send it to 
origin, and restarting/reinitializing xmis a couple of times, I 
found a prior trouble report (from October 30, 2014) with the 
same problem. 

I followed the solution there: quit the GUI, power-cycled the 
MIS with the control box in the computer room, restarted the GUI,
re-initialized it (which took a minute or two) and then everything 
worked again.
