MDM Trouble Report for 2015 Jan 14

Problem(s) Encountered:
At approximately midnight, the guider stopped moving when I tried to move to a different position.
The guider's x,y position was stuck at 16200,1873.  After recycling the power to the MIS and restarting the MIS window,
the problem was solved and there were no more issues thereafter.
