MDM Trouble Report for 2015 Jan 16

Problem(s) Encountered:
On two occasions, at approximately 8 and 10:30 pm, the guide probe got stuck and would not move to new positions.
The x,y positions of the guide probe during the two times were 2294,5515 and 3700,3675 respectively.  After recycling the 
power and restarting the xmis2 GUI, the problem was solved.  A minor note is when I went to restart the GUI, it didn't open until the fourth time I clicked on it.  This was the case on both occasions.
