MDM Trouble Report for 2015 Jan 17

Problem(s) Encountered:
At approximately 12:40 pm, the telescope did not respond when trying to use the hand paddle
to move the telescope.  The telescope was pointed toward an RA/DEC of 10 hours / 27 degrees.
After restarting the xtcs GUI, the problem was solved and the telesopce responded to inputs on the hand paddle.
