MDM Trouble Report for 2015 Jun 13

Problem(s) Encountered:
Throughout the night the filename command would fail in the middle
of running scripts, yielding the following error:

Error: Command returned error
WARNING: could not update NEXTFILE and LASTFILE.
Problems with the filename command.
Execution error in Prospero command.
Command: go

In fact, the correct filename would be written. Nonetheless, this resulted in scripts
terminating.

Problem number two entailed the loss of control via xtcs over the telescope. When trying to move from
a standard star near dec ~ 0 to zenith to close, the telescope would be able to receive
coordinates and coordinate offsets, noting as such on the TCS monitor, but when 'Go' was pressed on the xtcs
window, the telescope would say 'Initiating move', but would not move. Tried moving to the
nearest bright, which did succeed. However, subsequent attempts to move the telescope from those coordinates to zenith failed.

In the end, the telescope was slewed manually.
