MDM Trouble Report for 2015 Mar 28

Problem(s) Encountered:
Two operator errors caused lost time:
- First, pointing was lost early on due to accidentally setting the wrong coordinates. This was fixed by moving back to zenith.
- Second, guider was not working because Auto Guider was not turned on. (The switch was up slightly, and I thought it was on, but it wasn't). Once on, it worked fine.

No other problems for the rest of the night.
