MDM Trouble Report for 2015 Nov 08

Problem(s) Encountered:
Around 2AM local time, the guide probe stopped responding to commands--I would enter dx and dy offsets in the MIS window, and nothing would happen. I fixed this problem by power cycling the MIS controller box in the computer room and re-initializing the MIS application.
