MDM Trouble Report for 2015 Sep 19

Problem(s) Encountered:
Problem 1:  The Prospero status window went black every time we switched virtual windows (to get to a SkyCalc window).  It appears that the information was still there, just not visible.  The correct values for file number, filter, etc showed up in yellow or white font as soon as some value changed.

Problem 2:  Ice formed on the window of the CCD.  The humidity wasn't too high, but we still got ice that went from nothing to bad on the window over the course of taking flats.  I'll have to get out the dry nitrogen tomorrow and get some dome flat since we have gotten no flats at all in the last two days.
