MDM Trouble Report for 2016 Apr 28

Problem(s) Encountered:

During whole night, the telescope failed to guide for targets 
located on 'west', 'south', and 'zenith'. 
For example, 
a target (on west) with HA=+1:43, ra=08:49, dec=+28:24, alt=67, az=268, airmass=1.07 
showed N/S oscillation as below (north up, east left).

However, a targets (on north) with 
HA=1:44	ra=9:36 dec=65:10 alt=53.2 az=341.9 
was well guided. 

The wind speed was ~10mph and direction is 300 deg. 
Is this due to the wind or other problems?
