MDM Trouble Report for 2016 Aug 04

Problem(s) Encountered:
When we tried to open the mirror, 
the TCS GUI showed an error massage 
which indicated that the mirror covers should be controlled as manually. 

We changed the switch (mirror covers manual or not) to 'Off' following this:
http://mdm.kpno.noao.edu/13_manual/mgh05.html
and we could open the mirror covers using the TCS GUI.
