MDM Trouble Report for 2016 Aug 24

Problem(s) Encountered:
Occasionally (about 5 times throughout the night), TCS would show
a red error in the status line that read  send failed for command
track: network operation timed out.   TCS would seem to stop 
updating, but we were able to solve the problem by turning 
tracking off and back on again.  It was annoying, but it didn't
end up being much of a problem.  I can't think of any specific
cause for the error, because it would go off somewhat randomly. 
Once it went off in the middle of an exposure, and once it went
off when we were slewing.
