MDM Trouble Report for 2016 Aug 25

Problem(s) Encountered:
the telescope seemed to be pointed nearly 5 arcminutes east of 
where the tcs gui said it was pointed.  we tried to point at the
center of a galaxy and found ourselves looking at one of the 
spiral arms.  we didn't know how to fix this, so we just had
to adjust our input coordinates so we could keep taking data
rather than solving the problem 

this problem persisted all night

tilt sensors were as expected when at zenith
