MDM Trouble Report for 2016 Dec 14

Problem(s) Encountered:
I started with 1-1.5hour delay. During opening of the dome, 
 the dropleaf stopped and in Control Panel an error appeared:
 ERROR dropleaf adam read digit errors 27F00 .

I asked for help the observer from 2.4meter telescope Jessica 
Klusmeyer. 
The problem was solved, details below.
Jessica opened the dome manually. However, I couldn't open the 
mirror - Control Panel didn't respond. I reset the Control Panel,
it was possible to open the mirror, and turn on tracking, so 
I started observations. I made arrangements with Jessica that in
case of bad weather or at dawn she will close the dome manually.

In the mean time, Eric called her and told that I should write in
the terminal  telescope stop  and then  telescope start  to 
restart and check if it helps.
I did it at the end of my observing run. It solved the problem.
The dome was responding in Control Panel again!

I would like to thank very much for all the help from Jessica.
Because of her quick help I was able to observe for the next 9
hours.
